Wikipedia Articles for Consideration

[edit]

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bucknell_University

The first article I was thinking of using was the Bucknell University page. I thought this would be perfect for me to do considering I am a student here and very knowledgeable of the school. Even if I was unsure of some specific information of the school, I could easily retrieve the correct information. Also, it would be interesting to have information on the school written from a students perspective.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bethlehem,_Pennsylvania

The second article I was thinking of using was the article on Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. I have lived in Bethlehem for my entire life and I know the city like the back of my hand. I think it would be very fun and interesting to add to this article from the perspective of someone who has lived there for their whole life.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Veganism

The last article I was thinking about using was the article on veganism. I have some family members who have been vegan for years and I tried to be for a period of my life. Because of this, I know a lot about the lifestyle and it would be easy to write about. I also think that veganism is a growing lifestyle and I would love to research more about the topic.

Update: I am not sure I love all of the articles I chose. All of my articles are very well-developed so it would be difficult for me to add general information. If I were to continue using these articles, I would have to find my own niche on the subject and add specific information.

With that said, I am leaning toward the Bucknell University page because it has not been updated in a few years. Our campus has made some drastic changes so I think it would be interesting to add information on what has been changing.

Welcome!

Wikipedia Final Article Selection

[edit]

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sally_Smith_(actress)

The article I chose to work on for the remainder of the semester is the Sally Smith page. This article is a stub article so it allows me to add a lot of information to it. I have researched Sally Smith and a lot of information about her is easy to find. I also think this actress in interesting and I enjoy finding out more about her. Not only can I talk about her life, but I can also add information on the movies she acted in.
