There is definitely more information that I could add to the SOA section of the article. I have added almost 300 words to the two sections. I guess what is your input on the information I have added? Do I need more information or is what I have good? The reference I used didn't give a lot of information as to the specific incidents that occurred in Latin America, but I tried to be as specific as possible without directly saying what the reference said. I am almost done with the few sections I have and I will add them on soon enough. I am having a bit of trouble with inputting in the citations but it shouldn't take long either.
