ArbCom 2018 election voter message

Hello, ElongatedMusketeer. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2018 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 18:42, 19 November 2018 (UTC)

Rollback granted

Hi ElongatedMusketeer. After reviewing your request for "rollbacker", I have enabled rollback on your account. Keep in mind these things when going to use rollback:

  • Getting rollback is no more momentous than installing Twinkle.
  • Rollback should be used to revert clear cases of vandalism only, and not good faith edits.
  • Rollback should never be used to edit war.
  • If abused, rollback rights can be revoked.
  • Use common sense.

If you no longer want rollback, contact me and I'll remove it. Also, for some more information on how to use rollback, see Wikipedia:Administrators' guide/Rollback (even though you're not an admin). I'm sure you'll do great with rollback, but feel free to leave me a message on my talk page if you run into troubles or have any questions about appropriate/inappropriate use of rollback. Thank you for helping to reduce vandalism. Happy editing! ~Swarm~ {talk} 22:18, 8 February 2019 (UTC)

Chetak (rocket) moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, Chetak (rocket), does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. I was unable to find more reliable coverage of the Chetak rocket online, and am left with the impression that you may be better off instead writing an article about Bellatrix Aerospace, and including a section on the Chetak. I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. signed, Rosguill talk 22:23, 1 April 2019 (UTC)

Trouted

Whack!

You've been whacked with a wet trout.

Don't take this too seriously. Someone just wants to let you know that you did something silly.

You have been trouted for: you done goofed ElongatedMusketeer (talk) 16:54, 3 April 2019 (UTC)

Why my contribution is not good pls tell me Deependrasp (talk) 14:03, 16 July 2019 (UTC)

@Deependrasp: The didn't comply with Alumni Guidelines. If you read the guidelines and fix the entry then it will be a good contribution. ElongatedMusketeer (talk) 23:21, 16 July 2019 (UTC)
Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. Pointless edits

Hello EM. Could you stop making edits like this or this. They serve no purpose in terms of fixing any issues, and are generally regarded as a waste of server capacity. Thanks, Number 57 19:08, 16 September 2019 (UTC)

Sorry Number 57, was a bit bored and had nothing better to do. I'll direct my time at editing that is a bit more constructive now. ElongatedMusketeer (talk) 20:38, 16 September 2019 (UTC)
No problem. I generally find that if you're a bit bored, Category:Clean-up categories (starting with the oldest) is a great place to start finding something useful to do. Cheers, Number 57 21:07, 16 September 2019 (UTC)
