Responding to help request
[edit]Hi, I saw your question on my talk page. It looks like everything is correctly formatted. The reference list automatically is formatted in the order that materials are cited in the text. The first reference to be cited appears first, and the second that's cited appears second, and so on. If the page is edited in such a way that new references are added or the old ones have their order changed, the reference section will dynamically reorder itself to match the order of the cited works.
The little letters that appear next to each ref mark (and link) to each time the reference has been cited in the work. This lets Wikipedians and readers gauge which sources were most important in writing the text. Try clicking on one of the little letters--it will take you to a place where that work has been cited in the article. It's just another way to keep the information organized.
So, in conclusion, you don't need to fix anything because nothing is broken! Best, Elysia (Wiki Ed) (talk) 21:30, 3 April 2020 (UTC)
