Issa Rae
[edit]Major revisions necessary.
- Right now you only have one reliable and independent source and you need at least three.
- Make sure you use Wikipedia's "Cite" tool to add footnotes to your references.
- It's not clear where your new prose will fit into the existing page. Go ahead and add your sentences into the page, but make sure you integrate them and don't duplicate existing content.
- The phrase "With the knowledge of her previous accomplishments" comes off as promotional. Revise.
- Make sure to format new section titles correctly.

Your expansion of Issa Rae
[edit]Hi Eliza Mckenna. I've reverted your expansion of Issa Rae because it appeared promotional, poorly sourced, essay-like, and tangential to the topic. I think it would be best to individually discuss each subtopic that you added, as some of them may deserve mention in the article. If you haven't already, it would be helpful to reviwe Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons and Wikipedia:Identifying and using independent sources before starting a discussion on the article talk page. --Ronz (talk) 03:54, 17 November 2018 (UTC)
