Wikipedian For userbox

I saw you have the Wikipedian For userbox on your page, but when I added it to mine I noticed that it doesn't work unless a date is given. The user creation log gives a date of 2006-06-29, so the code would be:
{{User Wikipedian For|year=2006|month=6|day=29}}
I also answered your edit revision number question at my talk page. --jh51681 07:03, 9 May 2007 (UTC)

Re: Twinkle userbox

Hmm, sorry about that. It looks like I added too many, I just removed the superfluous ones so that they don't show up as text on the page. —MrSomeone ( tlkcntrb ) 19:15, 17 May 2007 (UTC)

Vandal fighter

Haha. Sorry that I've beaten you in the reverts. =) I'm actually about to log off but it's nice to know people like you are around! Keep up the vandal fighting! --† Ðysepsion † Speak your mind 03:43, 18 May 2007 (UTC)

Your VandalProof Application

Dear EleosPrime,

Thank you for applying for VandalProof! (VP). As you may know, VP is a very powerful program, and in fact the just released 1.3 version has even more power. Because of this we must uphold strict protocols before approving a new applicant. Regretfully, I have chosen to decline your application at this time. The reason for this is that at this time you do not meet the minimum requirement of 250 edits to mainspace articles (see under main here). Please note it is nothing personal by any means, and we certainly welcome you to apply again soon. Thank you for your interest in VandalProof. Daniel 04:49, 18 May 2007 (UTC)

Welcome to VandalProof!

Thank you for your interest in VandalProof, EleosPrime! You have now been added to the list of authorized users, so if you haven't already, simply download and install VandalProof from our main page. Continuing Vandalism from an IP

Please see this link [1]. Note that the user went on the vandalize the article Al Sharpton. Can anything be done? Tiamut 16:58, 20 May 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for the explanation. Am very foggy on how those kinds of things work, so don't pay any attention if my request was out of place. Thanks for responding. Tiamut 19:12, 20 May 2007 (UTC)

Deletion of bouncy puzzlesphere

I don't know anything about the deletion itself, but the story about copyright is as follows: User:Nohat and I transferred all rights to the images to the Wikimedia Foundation. Wikimedia logos are unique in that they are not available under a free license, nor do we claim fair use, but they can be used because the WMF owns them. So WMF wants to be careful with how the image is used, lest protection be lost. I'm totally not a lawyer, so I don't have any idea about the details, but I assume that they don't want to risk other organizations thinking that they can use the logo under the GFDL. Does that help? Vandalism

Hey there. To be honest your concerns were the exact concerns that I had which is why I just switched to manual vandal fighting instead of vandal proof. Not necessarily the best idea but I couldn't tell if a user had already been given warnings or if those warnings were given for different days. I'm sure there is way you can find it out with any vandal program but I never got used to any of them. I guess it is one of those limitations. I've seen users give a level 4 final warning to others whose vandalism edits were not malicious or derogatory in which case a level 1 warning would suffice. But I've also seen users give several first warnings on multiple vandalism, so it's not an exact science. If a user does get blocked it's up to the discretion of the admin anyway. Like I said, there's no exact science, in the end reverting vandalism is all that counts. --† Ðysepsion † Speak your mind 19:44, 20 May 2007 (UTC)

Definetly, I just never got used to it. I'm impatient that way! Glad you figured it out. --† Ðysepsion † Speak your mind 19:50, 20 May 2007 (UTC)

Greetings. In response to your question on my talk page, I revert made by someone using your IP address to the article Meat_Loaf. The edits made on May 20, 2007 were of a non-constructive nature. I have reviewed the edits made to The Crefeld School on May 22, 2007. I do not see any problem with them, and the nearest I can tell is that User:Stealthrabbit127 saw that someone from your IP address had vandalized a page previous and reverted the edit you made. In order to avoid problems like this in the future, I recommend that you create a user account so that you are not confused with other who might share your IP address. Let me know if I can be of any additional assistance. EleosPrime 11:17, 23 May 2007 (UTC)

Edit revert

In regaurd to your comment on my page, I simply reverted the edit because it seemed to be unconstructive. "It's Just a bunch of offices" is not an acceptable way to speak on Wikipedia according to the Wikipedia Edit Policy and he also has many times, broken the Three revert rule. I was just trying to make sure the article complied with Wikipedia Standards. Thank you for your inquiry, however. Stealthrabbit Say it, baby, say it! 15:38, 23 May 2007 (UTC)

Thank you.

Sorry. I need to slow down, I tend to be in a hurry. I'm trying out for the AfD patrol, and I'm also trying to become a Counter Vandalism Unit member. I'll try harder to be careful during my reversions. Thank you.

Thanks!

Gosh, I haven't been there in a While. I'll give it a try. I guess a short Wikibreak would do me some good. Look forward to seeing you in the Wikiuniverse!
