Theresa 'Susie' Matthias (1962- ) is a Canadian mouth painting artist. She is a mouth painting artist who works with watercolour paints. She is known for her work on the 46c stamp. Likewise, she presented an original painting in 2008 to lieutenant Governor, the Honourable David C. Onley in celebration of his first year in office and for his commitment to accessibility. Matthias began mouth painting in 1989, and works in photography, lithography, etching, and serigraphy This is a footnote</ref>.
