Hello Eldamorie,
You have just posted a rather frightening warning about 'edit wars' on my talk page. As you are the person who has deleted a perfectly good piece of information from the Vassula Ryden page, it seems a bit rich for you to be warning others about misbehaviour.
Please try to keep to the spirit of Wikipedia and desist from deleting material that helps Wikipedia to be the excellent resource for information that it has become. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sasanack (talk • contribs) 16:03, 7 May 2012 (UTC)
- Read it again - but look at what it actually said. Check out the history of that page - others have continuously reverted your addition of this material, and you have continued to add that information. By definition, that is edit warring. Period. eldamorie (talk) 16:21, 7 May 2012 (UTC)
It is certainly the case that there are several editors (who clearly have no specific interest in Vassula or the Wikipedia page about her) who are determined to remove, if possible, the important information about Vassula's dealings with the Vatican. If they are able to succeed that will be a sad reflection on Wikipedia. It is important that you and they should be challenged in your actions. Sasanack (talk) 16:46, 7 May 2012 (UTC)
- It seems some clarification is in order. I have no interest in Vassula Ryden, specific or general or even the page about her. My concerns are entirely about sourcing and if this communication is so important then it seems credible that it should be fairly easy to find corroboration from the Vatican instead of from a site advocating for Ms. Ryden. This is not about attempts to get information suppressed - it's an attempt to keep the article credible. eldamorie (talk) 14:21, 10 May 2012 (UTC)
