Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Mariah Robertson has been reverted.
Your edit here to Mariah Robertson was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (https://vimeo.com/109264994) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a media file (e.g. a sound or video file) on an external server, then note that linking to such files may be subject to Wikipedia's copyright policy, as well as other parts of our external links guideline. If the information you linked to is indeed in violation of copyright, then such information should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file, or consider linking to the original.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 02:10, 23 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames which give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, I have blocked this account; please take a moment to create a new account with a username that represents only yourself as an individual and which complies with our username policy or request a change of username.

You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose.

If your username does not represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the bottom of your talk page.

You may simply create a new account, but you may prefer to change your username to one that complies with our username policy, so that your past contributions are associated with your new username. If you would prefer to change your username, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the bottom of your talk page. Please note that you may only request a name that is not already in use, so please check here for a listing of already taken names. Thank you. Request reason:

I am not the artist Mariah Robertson. I freelance for her and know her biography well. I was not adding information that was inflammatory or biased. I was adding information that is based on factual events that are backed up with outside sources.MRobertsonStudio (talk) 17:15, 1 February 2018 (UTC)

Accept reason:

Renamed and unblocked. Please remember to read WP:COI before editing further; you have not yet declared your conflict of interest and need to do so. Happy editing! Yamla (talk) 16:17, 2 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

You still need to specifically declare your conflict of interest on your user page. If you aren't sure how to do that, just ask! --Yamla (talk) 17:03, 5 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for doing that! This is sincerely appreciated. --Yamla (talk) 18:31, 5 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Yamla: I am happy to. I have also reverted my changes made to the Mariah Robertson page and have added them as "request edits" in her Talk Page. In your experience how long on average does it take for these to be reviewed? I provided sourcing for the materials. Ekm1990 (talk) 18:42, 5 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
It very much depends on how many people are watching the article. I'm not particularly familiar with that one. I know this is a non-answer, but I'm afraid it really depends. In some cases, it'll happen that day. In other cases, you have to wait a while longer. And of course, people might decide not to make your edit, though you should expect specific feedback on why, in that case. --Yamla (talk) 18:48, 5 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Just to add my thanks for making COI disclosure on your user page. The way you've done it isn't totally clear, though. If you receive, or expect to receive, any compensation for your edits, you must declare who is paying you, and which article(s) it's in relation to. The {{paid}} template is designed for this purpose, and might work better than what you've done so far. If you need help with that, please say so (here is fine).
