Please stop adding unreferenced or poorly referenced biographical content, especially if controversial, to articles or any other Wikipedia page, as you did at Talk:Sarah McBride. Content of this nature could be regarded as defamatory and is in violation of Wikipedia policy. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Do not WP:DEADNAME. – Muboshgu (talk) 17:04, 20 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

It was not unreferenced. It was referenced from a reliable source. Please stop attempting to silence the truth with threats. -Dr. EK Barber, PhD, Barrister, Company owner. Ekbarber2 (talk) 17:14, 20 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
WP:DEADNAME: If a living transgender or non-binary person was not notable under a former name (a deadname), it should not be included in any page (including lists, redirects, disambiguation pages, category names, templates, etc.), even in quotations, even if reliable sourcing exists. Do it again and I will block you. That's not a threat, it's a promise. – Muboshgu (talk) 17:17, 20 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
All elected officials have their birth names accurately recorded in their profiles. As public figures, it is the public’s right to know their backgrounds, as well as a legal requirement of holding public office. It applies to all tax-payer funded offices equally. Please inform me of your office or status within Wikipedia, as it is our right to know who is threatening us. I have been adding helpful, accurate and informative edits to Wikipedia for over a decade and you are yhe first person to ever complain or threaten me. Mr./Ms. McBride has nothing to hide, as h/she is a public official. -Dr. E.K. Barber, DPhil, Barrister, Business Owner, Historian. Ekbarber2 (talk) 19:03, 20 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
