List of wikis

[edit]

Please note that the list of wikis is for notable wikis only, in this case being determined by the existence of a wikipedia page. External links should not be placed on this page. WLU 16:22, 26 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Rationalwiki

[edit]

Hi, I see you are an editor at Conservapedia. If you are interested in its history and behaviour, I suggest you to visit RationalWiki. RW was started by some editors like you, who wanted to help CP become a recognized Conservative Encyclopaedia, but were banned instead for not subscribing to all their views. Its main activity is monitoring Conservapedia and rebutting some of its most "irrational" claims.

But RW is much more, now there is a discussion going on about Libertarianism.

I guess that you already knew all these things, but I told them anyway as there is no User:Efloean at RW. See you at CP - but hopefully at RW too! --Editor at CP (talk) 20:04, 3 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Removal of cited content

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from Hans Reidar Holtermann. When removing text, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the text has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. My apologies. You are correct in it probably being a typo of some sorts in many sources, it helped greatly that you provided a source the second time around. Manxruler (talk) 06:59, 4 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
No problem, my fault that I forgot to add the reference in the first place. ;) — Erik 08:01, 4 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the latest contribs

[edit]

Hi Erik. Thank you very much for your continued fine contributions. I really appreciated the ones to Carl Gustav Fleischer. If I may be allowed, I'd like to give you one small tip: Citation templates are really nice to use when citing sources. Once you get used to them they're quicker than typing out all the info needed, and they ensure that the essential things are included. Thank you, happy editing and god jul. Thank you, Merry Christmas / God jul to you too! :-) — Erik 14:39, 19 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
