Help me!

[edit]

Please help me with...

Hello and thank you so very much for advising, all Marton Csokas Personal life updates and Filmography > Prizefighter were declined. May I please know why (details)? Was it references to social media? I simply wish to better understand/learn/improve. Cited articles are active. Certain pages allow you to select the language of preference: Italian (default) or English translation. As for the movie, it was released and is currently streamed. Again, thank you kindly.

Hi, thanks for your message. I reverted your change to the article because the paragraph starting "Though unconfirmed" has no citation (reference) and looks like speculation or original research. Wikipedia is particularly careful about unsourced statements made about living people. You are correct that social media is not usually considered a reliable source, but in fact your text did not have an actual reference but just mentioned Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. This link may help: Referencing for beginners. You can always get more advice at the Teahouse. Best wishes, Tacyarg (talk) 23:02, 18 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Please also see WP:BLPNAME, both about the importance of sourcing and the presumption in favour of not stating the names of family members of notable people - you mention the name of the daughter of the person you suggest may be the wife of Marton Csokas.
