I recently reverted your edit
[edit]I appreciate your willingness to improve the article on Cleveland State. I see that an earlier edit was reverted in 2011.
The message above was automated while this is a message from a real live person who would be happy to talk to you about how you can contribute. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. Material from copyrighted source cannot simply be copied and or even closely paraphrased, unless a free license for the text is provided and even then it must meet other criteria such as being encyclopedic in nature.--S Philbrick(Talk) 21:02, 24 August 2018 (UTC)
Hello. Don't understand. Why the revert? What is this about copyright? I have a web page on CSU Library's Special Collection website, CLevelandmemory.org , that has MY brief history of CSU. Eastrockport (talk) 21:38, 24 August 2018 (UTC)
Fenn College revisions
[edit]Hello
I recently submitted (August 24) an revision to the Fenn College section of the Cleveland State University article. My revision was immediately reverted and I received an automated reply about copyright that I feel was not relevant to the article. I have tried several avenues to contact a real person who can explain why my revision was retracted, but so far I have not had success in getting anyone to contact me. Please, someone take the time to reply. Thanks Bill Becker, Archivist, Cleveland State University Eastrockport (talk) 14:12, 30 August 2018 (UTC)
