John Higgins non-ranking finals section

[edit]

Hi can you add a runners-up finish for Higgins. He lost in the final of the Huangguoshu Open to Judd Trump today. Trunp beat Higgins 5-1 in the final. 92.251.146.50 (talk) 13:11, 5 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Wuhan Open

[edit]

Hi. You wrote "The venue is "武汉体育馆" in Qiaokou District." Do have a reference for this? I can't find one. And Google translates the Chinese characters as "Wuhan Stadium" so it's still not clear.  Alan  (talk) 16:20, 16 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

See [1] [2] [3] Earl William (talk) 22:29, 6 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for that. Ref[1] says it's the "Wuhan Stadium (Jiefang Avenue)". Ref[2] isn't much help. Ref[3] says it's the "Wuhan Gymnasium".
So - clear as mud. However, I found this yesterday so I've used that for now.  Alan  (talk) 06:07, 7 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Ref[2] says 武汉体育馆 (硚口区解放大道612号) which is the address of the venue. Earl William (talk) 12:18, 7 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Unfortunately I can't read Chinese characters so that doesn't help much.  Alan  (talk) 12:34, 7 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Google translate gives: Wuhan Gymnasium (No. 612 Jiefang Avenue, Qiaokou District), so that looks OK - thanks.  Alan  (talk) 12:39, 7 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
