This submission does not appear to be written in the formal tone expected of an encyclopedia article. The person is probably notable (most holder of a CNZM are) but the draft bio fails to show that. It needs reliable sources that discuss the person in detail. The biggest issue is that it's not written from a neutral point of view; phrases (unreferenced at that) like "enhancing the reputation of New Zealand’s primary exports", "he led Associated New Zealand Farmers Ltd. to become the largest and most profitable New Zealand importer group", and "he began his career enabling other leaders to succeed across the public, private, and not for profit sectors" read like a fan post rather than a biographical dictionary entry.

Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.

I see what you mean with regards to it looking like a fan post. I'll definitely head over to the Teahouse to learn a some more about how to improve my Wikipedia writing.

Copying licensed material requires attribution

Thank you for your contributions. It seems that you have added Creative Commons licensed text to one or more Wikipedia articles, such as Draft:Geoffrey Lorigan. You are welcome to import appropriate Creative Commons licensed content to articles, but in order to meet the Wikipedia guideline on plagiarism, such content must be fully attributed. This requires not only acknowledging the source, but acknowledging that the source is copied.
