Who said anything about residency being a requirement? You just have to live in Louisiana. What is relevant is whether a person running in a particular district actually lives in the district. You could use different wording...something like "Bill Smith of so-and so county" or "John Doe of CityName". That would be a less dramatic/POV way to put it.--Dr who1975 (talk) 23:35, 7 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
