Well im stuck. I have one DYK (that will be rejected), one GAN (yet to be reviewed) and a peer review for Coldplay (I plan on nominateing it for an FA). Thanks for the welcome... I've actually been a registered user for some time, but unfortunately, I don't have a great deal of time to contribute (at least not as much as I would like to.) Furthermore, I have been learning the ropes pretty much on my own and if you don't mind, it would be nice to have someone to address Wikipedia related questions to every now and again. Thanks again! Hey Dylan. I don't know if you're aware, but User:SaaHc2B requested that you adopt him after a message you left on his talk page (on December 6). So far, he has been received offers from six other editors, but hasn't accepted any; he specifically indicates on his userpage that he is waiting for an adoption request from you. Anyway, since it seems he's been holding out for you for awhile, I thought I'd let you know. And learning how the notifications work is one of the things I wanted to get adopted for! Hi! That's great. Thanks. I totally understand your delay, as I am also very busy and will probably only be visiting Wikipedia on an on and off basis. Though please don't give up on me, even if I am absent for a long period of time, as I plan on becoming a dedicated user.

I'm not quite sure where to begin, although I do have far too many questions to ask all at once. I guess for one thing I'd like you to help me to help myself; Can you explain to me some of the structure of Wikipedia and the Wikimedia sites in general, especially the help pages? I have become very confused by all the categories and wikiprojects and stubs and templates and such, so I don't really know where to go to get the best overall "big picture" of wikipedia.

Also, should I make a page linked to my talk/ user page for adoption conversations like this? I also don't know if I need to post this on your talk page for you to get notified, so I will do that, although it might then notify you twice. :P Sorry. And another thing- I'd like to fix that Yersinia Pestis redirect page thing X ).
