This draft still fails to explain notability. Please read WP:CORP and draw attention to the notable nature of the business; as far as I can tell it's a four-store chain. Café du Monde has featured in a number of mainstream fictional works, Gimme Coffee deserves to be deleted, Intelligentsia Coffee & Tea has won various international awards, Peaberry Coffee deserves to be deleted.
