The reason left by Jovanmilic97 was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: Besides the tone issues (but the insane popularity made, received massive praises, became very popular in Bangladesh and India) and others, I don't see the reason to not mention this GTA Vice City. Again, what AngusWoof said was not clarified.
