Multiple accounts and block evasion

Request reason:

the original user name was removed or blocked as it was said to be a bot. The new user name was created at the request of admin as Dsobot couldn't be used however those are initials and abbreviation. Please share whats necessary to resolve, thank you Dsslo (talk) 23:40, 1 April 2021 (UTC)
