I deleted the page because it did not assert notability; WP:CORP dictates that reliable, verifiable sources must be used to establish a subject's notability in that subject's certain field. If you'd like, I can retrieve the deleted content and create it in your "userspace"; for example, at User:Dranalyst/Decision Intelligence, so that you can work there. Then, when you're ready, I could probably review it for you and we'd see where to go from there. Also, on an unrelated note, thanks very much for being so civil about this.
