Please do not add commercial links (or links to your own private websites) to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or a mere collection of external links. You are, however, encouraged to add content instead of links to the encyclopedia. See the welcome page to learn more. Thanks. -- GraemeL (talk) 16:08, 11 April 2006 (UTC)
Wikitravel's future
[edit]Hey, I hope this message reaches you someday ;) I would have left it on your Wikitravel talk page, but Internet Brands (Wikitravel's host company) has been censoring discussion on this topic.
Given all the hard work you have done on Wikitravel, I wanted to double check that you are aware of and up-to-date regarding its status. We're planning to migrate to the Wikimedia Foundation as a new project. We have a Migration FAQ up at Wikivoyage [1], and a Request for Comment at Meta. --Peter Talk 17:25, 19 August 2012 (UTC)
