Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Vonage. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. —C.Fred (talk) 04:53, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
- Please remember that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia. Your edits suggest that you may have had issues with Vonage. Remember, when adding to any article, the addition must be cited to a reliable source, and always write with a neutral point of view. —C.Fred (talk) 05:04, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
- Factual is only half the issue. It also must be supported by sources. —C.Fred (talk) 05:15, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
