Unfortunately, I've declined this submission based on the title and categorisation. "Relevant" is too wide of a term, and although you have some-what defined your meaning, it is not entirely suitable. What I would advise you to do is change the word 'relevant' to something else (there's already an article at List of brightest stars). Since there is no straight forward definition of relevant and because you've included other stars, it almost seems to be an opinionated piece. Is there a different title you can use?
