Bands

[edit]

Please don't add individual bands directly to Category:Canadian musical performers or Category:Canadian music; the various genre subcategories of Category:Canadian musical groups are already part of that category tree, and Wikipedia does not apply redundant categorization. Thanks. Bearcat 04:36, 31 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Kingpins/Myspace

[edit]

The Kingpins "official" site is at [1]. While that myspace link may be their official, myspace, link, it is not their primary website. It is a myspace website, which is officially myspace.com. I've chatted with some Admins on here about this practice and so far haven't run into any problems deleting all band related myspace links, as it is, and always will be, first and foremost a social networking site. I'll add this discussion to the talk, but unless you can get a definitive response from an active Admin, it still does not comply with WP:EL. Btl 23:28, 23 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
