Brian Griffin atheism

Just wondering about the consensus that Brian is not an atheist. I don't see anything about it on the talk page so I'm curious as to where there is a consensus.Moonboy54 (talk) 06:33, 5 February 2015 (UTC)

The consensus is not that he isn't an atheist, it's that that information does not belong in that field. First, atheism is not a religion, it's a position on an assertion, thus using it in that field is incorrect. Second, for the consensus, you'll probably find it in various edit summaries (mostly random, drive-by editors add this from time to time); nobody has ever opened a section on the talk page that I recall seeing. If you're so inclined, please open that discussion on the talk page and see what kind of input you can gather. DP76764 (Talk) 02:18, 6 February 2015 (UTC)

Potential admin

Hi, I notice you're on Wikipedia:List of administrator hopefuls. Wikipedia would benefit from more admins. If you have been editing for more than 12 months (preferably 24+ months), and have been editing fairly consistently for the past 6 months (preferably 12+ months) with at least 100 edits a month (this tool will help) - or an explanation for any gaps, and haven't been blocked or topic banned in the past three years - or have a good explanation for a recent block or ban, don't have a recent history of edit warring or arguing with other editors, feel you can explain why you wish to be an admin, can demonstrate some understanding of Wikipedia's procedures and processes, or know where to go for guidance, and are confident enough to go through a RfA, please get in touch with me. We can talk about it some more, and if all looks OK, I'll nominate you or suggest what you can do to improve your chances. SilkTork ✔Tea time 10:31, 1 September 2015 (UTC)

Hi. I notice you haven't responded. No worries. I'll mark you down on my list as not interested at the moment, but if you do change your mind, please do get in touch so we can talk about how likely you are to meet the criteria to become an admin, or what you need to be doing to improve your chances. Regards SilkTork ✔Tea time 19:32, 8 September 2015 (UTC)
Hi, sorry, I'm just not as active as I used to be; would hate to waste the privilege! DP76764 (Talk) 19:57, 8 September 2015 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. The disambiguation

The reason I was asking about this thing about specific "walker" in that Herbert (Family Guy) article is because I did not know the actual name for the rolling sort of walking platform; I only knew the walking aid "walking stick". Qwertyxp2000 (talk | contribs) 08:03, 17 September 2016 (UTC)

Thanks for disambiguating though. Qwertyxp2000 (talk | contribs) 08:03, 17 September 2016 (UTC)

Europe 10,000 Challenge invite

Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Europe/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like Germany, Italy, the Benelux countries, Iberian Peninsula, Romania, Slovenia etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. If you would like to see masses of articles being improved for Europe and your specialist country like Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon, sign up today and once the challenge starts a contest can be organized. This is a way we can target every country of Europe, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant and also sign under any country sub challenge on the page that you might contribute to! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 05:51, 6 November 2016 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Brian Griffin, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Canine (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
