The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Downtownniagarafalls, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. A few links which may give more information about Wikipedia policy are WP:NOT and WP:EL. The website you are promoting is sponsored by the BIA, which is city-related. However, there is already a link on the article to the official city webpage. Perhaps you could ask the city to add a link to the BIA website? Cheers. Forgive me as I begin to learn about the intricate rules of Wikipedia, but my employer (The Downtown Niagara Falls Business Improvement Area) - a municipal governing body, would like to see fairness when discussing local art and culture on the topic of Niagara Falls, Ontario and its Wikipedia page. I wasn't aware I needed to disclose that I work for them, but I am now, as a result of this discussion. The Niagara Falls Wikipedia page goes on to discuss Queen Street in multiple areas (reightfully so, its history is huge), but when it comes listing the visual arts, performing arts, music, nature, parks and gardens, and tourism topics - it fails to accurately and fairly represent what Niagara Falls is currently all about. As an employee for the Business Improvement Area I'm aware of the misconceptions people have with the topic of Niagara Falls in relation to its downtown core, as most people seem to think it is "Clifton Hill" when indeed it is not. Therefore, I find it reprehensible that this page seems longwinded about tourism specifically, as it goes on to list big name casinos like Fallsview, Marineland, and Clifton Hill, all of which are listed – but our local Niagara Falls downtown businesses and affiliates actually notable to Queen Street (the actual downtown of Niagara Falls) are not, despite their direct relationship to Niagara Falls, its downtown location, and the related topics it covers. I realize now that linking these businesses, parks, and festivals to our site wasn't and isn't the accurate way to go about sharing this information on Wikipedia (as I'm learning external links must be placed at the bottom of the page) but listing the notable enterprises without a link would still suffice if I may request those changes, as my intention was to represent the other side of Niagara Falls which isn't solely tourism or money-grabbing. There are lots of places which seem left out from these lists that I had hoped to include in my initial edit which promote community. If I may still add those in without a linked page, I'd be happy to go back and add them again correctly. Additionally, I realize now that I'd like to have our website linked at the bottom of the external links if possible. That would be wonderful as we promote Niagara Falls and its history, beautification, events, festivals, art, culture, and more – which is valuable information into making Niagara Falls the wonderful location it is, advertising aside. Wikipedia is free for anyone to edit, but there are rules that have been agreed upon, and if you break those rules your edit gets deleted. Most of what you added was spam, for example, a promo for "Happy Dance Feet", as this is not a notable business to add to an encyclopedia. I'd strongly recommend leaving a message at Talk:Niagara Falls, Ontario, explaining what you would like added to the article and why. Thanks for your understanding. Then why is the Fallsview Casino repeatedly listed, among other major corporations on Clifton Hill, yet we are being picked apart for Happy Feet Dance, when they are a legitimate part of our community? Do those casinos not shamelessly promote themselves? Why did Rosberg Family Park / Olympic Torch Trail not make the list of edits? It's a park. Does that not fall under "Nature, parks and gardens"? I'm just saying, if you're going to edit fairly, who picks and chooses what is and isn't appropriate? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Downtownniagarafalls (talk • contribs)

When most people think of notable places in Niagara Falls they always think of the falls, the two casinos, the Butterfly Conservatory, and of course, Happy Dance Feet. Anyway, your beef isn't with me. Leave a message on the talk page. But I agree, the article definitely needs some clean up. If I have time tomorrow I will trim the article, per WP:CCSG.
