Jellyfish blooms

Hi I am contacting you because I saw you were the most recent person to edit the blooms section of the Jellyfish article. I am turning it into its own article as I think it can benefit from being independent from the Jellyfish page. I should be done with it by Wednesday, so feel free to look it over.
