Huggle

Say, I believe you were the editor who was kind enough to tell me about Huggle, which I believe you once used to revert some vandalism on my page. I've just been granted rollbacker rights and I'd like to use Huggle, but I can't find any guide to what it does or how a non technically oriented computer person can use it. The WP:Huggle page and subpages aren't really written for neophytes. I swear that I once saw a more readable page on the subject. Any guidance sure would be appreciated. Hi there, you can download Huggle if you already haven't by going to WP:Huggle/Download - there should be a download link at the bottom of the page where you can download the program. Save the program to your hard drive and run it. Once you log in, you should be connected to the recent changes feed which gives a list of recently edited articles. There will be several buttons in the top menu, the most notable of which are a large red icon with a warning symbol (which you can press to immediately revert the change and warn the user) and a blue arrow symbol, which you can press if the change isn't vandalism and to go on to review the next recent change. If you need any more help, just look through the manual. Hotkeys: see Wikipedia:Huggle/Manual#Keyboard shortcuts. They're useful for quick reverting, especially Q, R, and [space]. —MC10 (T•C•GB•L•EM) 01:20, 4 November 2009 (UTC)
