Charles P. Buchanan

Hi @Dougiethelass, The second source used in the article on Charles P. Buchanan doesn't work. It connects the reader to a library link rather than the source itself. I suggest updating the link to the correct source for it to be useful to readers. Let me know if you have any questions. Looping in @Sarahhsalter.
