Welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome your help to create new content, but your recent additions (such as Ass pennies) are considered nonsense. Please refrain from creating nonsense articles. - If you actually page through the Google search, you'll find that as you go through the pages, the count drops from 26,000 to 321. That's standard procedure for Google - you can't just go by that figure that shows up on the front page. The subject is not notable. Urban Dictionary has been discounted as a reliable source for quite some time at Wikipedia. If this belongs anywhere on Wikipedia, put it on the UCB main article, but it doesn't deserve its own article. Realkyhick 19:49, 9 April 2007 (UTC)

Corporate Creations
[edit]I've had it with this nonsense and having to explain AGAIN and AGAIN. I think we've done enough work for the sake of good faith...you should probably put in your take on this on the AfD page: Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Corporate Creations. I'm sincerely hoping you haven't been banging your head as much as I have...Cquan (after the beep...) 23:35, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
- Personally I don't buy into this "minority owned" $#&*(#@ anyway...big deal. Some people seem to care, so I had to squeeze out some good faith for that one...I hate it when people use race as a front line talking point for raising themselves up. Oh well, enough ranting on that. Cquan (after the beep...) 00:01, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
- Yeah, I'm sure that cuban owned businesses in Miami are very rare. Dougieb 00:02, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
- Hallelujah it's deleted...Cquan (after the beep...) 07:24, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
- I have contacted the person who made representations to you on behalf of this organisation. I have offered to write an article about him or his company for Wikipedia. It appears to me that the man is a good and upstanding lawyer of some quite considerable note. It would surely add to the useful knowledge available in this cradle of filth if an article were to be written about one of the foremost legal talents of this generation, as I believe Mr. Rodrieguez may indeed be.Mgr.James Horan Decd. 18:39, 18 June 2007 (UTC)

Repentance
[edit]Dougieb, Please do not eek! It is not shite. It is not to do with an invisible man in the sky. I have seen Our Lady and the hosts of angels!! I have seen Satan with his cloven hooves when he appeared in that dancehall in Tooreen all those years ago. Believe!!! I will pray for you.Mgr.James Horan Decd. 18:25, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
- You sir are scary. Wherever christianity (or any religion save maybe buddism) looms, ignorance and mass slaughter is sure to follow. Dougieb 20:36, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
- Wow...just...wow. This is going on my list of hilarious Wikipedia stuff, thanks! Cquan (after the beep...) 22:36, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
- You Sir should be scared. You should fear the wrath of a vengeful God, for you know not the hour nor the day. You will have Eternity to contemplate the filthy acts performed by you with young men and women in "Vegas" or "Cancun", wherever these dens of iniquity may be (I shall be looking them up now so that I can warn those who contemplate travelling there). Remember the lessons of Sodom and Gomorrah. Mgr.James Horan Decd.
- As for you Cquan, mock not when you hear the Word of God preached! Learn some RESPECT!! Do not think that God will spare you when you snivel before the flames of HELL!!! College girls??? Shameless harlots and JEZEBELS!!!! Bye the way, it is I,Mgr.James Horan Decd. 12:59, 8 June 2007 (UTC)
- Wooooo.... scary! You dare mock the WORD of Cquan? I know not the hour or the day I'll again find a new den of iniquity with new shameless drunken college girls! I'm sure people contemplating travelling to Vegas will be shocked to hear of the "shameless harlots and jezebels" frequenting the place. You should write an addition to [Las Vegas]. It could really harm Vegas' reputation I would imagine. They will probably start calling it "Sin City." Perhaps you can help some of these shameless sluts find Jesus H. Christ Almighty Amen Brother. - Tonight I shall pray for you.. I have never in all my born days seen anything so disgusting and degrading as that to which you have drawn my attention. Insofar as I understand these matters, I take it that you use this disgusting piece of filth when committing the sins of Onan or of Sodom. Remember, you poor misguided sinner, the fires of Hell will last for all Eternity. Tonight, after prayer, I will be taking to the streets to assist those who have fallen away from the path of righteousness. I BESEECH YOU TO REPENT!!! Satan is destroying you. Turn away from the unnatural vices of self abuse and sodomy. Whether you be in Kiltimagh, Las Vegas, Tooreen or Cancun, turn away from the Devil. Remember that I have seen HIS CLOVEN HOOVES. He is real. So to is the Blessed Virgin, Our Lady of Knock. She blushes at the wanton ways of our womenfolk. 17:22, 8 June 2007 (UTC)

- I shall be preaching tomorrow. The attention of my congregation will be drawn to the dangers which are out there in this evil world, including the influence of self-abusing sodomites, attending orgies, consuming alcohol and gambling. I will start work shortly on an article about my Church and my congregation will all be encouraged to contribute to Wikipedia. This message is both for you Dougieb and your friend Cquan I suppose. Cquan urges a "neutral point of view". I will consult the guides given by Wikipedia on this issue, but my initial belief is that a "NPOV" is a nonsense. Simply by using the passive voice, we are not being neutral. By stating a "fact", we are taking a position on its veracity. I presume that debate has taken place on this issue since long before I wandered into this cradle of filth. There are some self-evident truths. ACCEPT GOD AND REPENT!!!!!!! His acolytes carry the stench of corruption. Your dens of iniquity hold no fear for me. Corporate Creations Notability
[edit]Dougieb, I am the founder of Corporate Creations. This is my first time trying to talk with someone who edits Wikipedia. I would like to ask you some questions about notability. Is this the best place for me to ask you those questions? User: FrankRodriguez1963 16 June 2007
- Hi Frank. I will do my best, but I will of course invoke the opinion of other editors if needed. It was determined by a number of editors that at this time CC is not at a level of notability to warrant inclusion, however this could of course change at any time. Perhaps you're wondering why other companies have articles. CT, CSC, NRAI and ISI are the Big Four agents who cover 99% of the Fortune 1000. CT and CSC have been around over 100 years, so that is self-explanatory. I wrote an article on NRAI. Though they would qualify as notable, ISI doesn't even have an article. On a personal note, I was impressed to discover that your company handled some Fortune 500 accounts. I have never heard of any non-Big Four company doing that - VERY impressive. From what was written about you, I think that you personally may be notable enough for an article, and of course your having founded CC would be something to note in that article. Also, of paramount importance is that you should check the notability guideline at WP:Note. I have a question for you if I may ask... why is it so important to you that CC be included now? I personally believe that with such people driving it that it will one day achieve the notability standard, so why is it so important that it be now? Dougieb 15:05, 17 June 2007 (UTC)
- Dougieb, I appreciate your comments. I am flattered that you have expressed interest in writing an article about me. I encourage you to write that article. With respect to Corporate Creations, we are the registered agent for many Fortune 1000 companies, Global 1000 companies and private companies larger than $1.4 billion, which is the size of the smallest Fortune 1000 company. In terms of reputation and prominence of clients, Corporate Creations is in the same league as CT, CSC and NRAI. Companies like LegalZoom and others like it focus on the entrepreneur sector and lack the knowledge and reputation to do business with Fortune 1000 companies. While I share your opinion that NRAI has posed a substantial challenge to the dominance CT and CSC, that article is incomplete without acknowledgment that Corporate Creations also has posed a substantial challenge to the dominance CT and CSC. I am not aware of any Fortune 1000 companies that rely on anyone other than CT, CSC, NRAI or Corporate Creations as registered agent. If any other vendors are the registered agent for any Fortune 1000 companies, please give me some examples. I like to accomplish goals. I asked Jim Perkins from my office to write a Wikipedia article about Corporate Creations. While he had good intentions, he made honest mistakes that I believe were major factors in the deletion of the article. My goal will remain incomplete until someone like you writes an article about Corporate Creations. Jim and I do not have your extensive knowledge about Wikipedia, and we have not developed a track record and reputation like you in connection with writing and editing articles. For those reasons, it makes sense for you to write an article about Corporate Creations. I am a Wikipedia rookie. Is there an automatic way for my user name, date and time to be added to my future comments? I am curious. What motivates you to write about the registered agent industry? Your User page does not have any information about your background. Do you mind sending me some background information about you? If you prefer to keep that information private, you can send that information to me by email, and I promise to keep that information private. What is the best way for me to give you my email address in a private manner so I can avoid receiving spam from spambots that scan Wikipedia pages? User: FrankRodriguez1963 18 June 2007.
- Okay, this is going to be a novel. From your response, you certainly qualify as a writer. I will try to answer all of your questions. I am a part-time technical writer and work in and around the legal (IT), IT, and A&M industry when not playing Wii. I have social contacts in and around that industry that keep me somewhat appraised of things that go on there. Unfortunately, most I cannot share because they are WAY too risque, heresay, or for the most part unverifiable. It is too bad because I hear a lot of crazy stuff. You give me WAY TOO MUCH credit as a Wikipedian. There are so many amazing editors that I am but a speck. I haven't written anything new in a while and have just been sticking to maintenance. Some editors edit in 3 or more languages! So basically, I suck. Don't worry! Your company seems to be on the right track towards notability someday. Post any notables to my page below and I will start assembling them for a future article. Anytime there is a notable event involving your company, please post it here with citations and we will eventually have the crux of an article. I would argue against the inclusion of LegalZoom in a registered agent article for a few reasons. One, they are more of an eLaw company. Two, they don't focus on corporations per se, but all manner of legal document preparation. Three, they aren't a registered agent. NRAI I believe provides (or used to provide) their agent services through some sort of agreement. Four, if I were to mention a "LegalZoom" type company, I would probably also have to mention BizFilings who I recall files MANY more business entities. LegalZoom may do more actual business $ wise, but they do a lot of things besides entities and registered agent (divorce, leases, etc.) As for your comment that "that article is incomplete without acknowledgment that Corporate Creations also has posed a substantial challenge to the dominance CT and CSC", I'm not sure about that one, but I have no reason to doubt you. Wikipedia just needs a citation to back up that statement. Keep in mind that I've done a substantial amount of independent database research on this (none of which I can cite in articles since it qualifies as "original research") and CC has never stood out in any rankings I've assembled. I even revisited some of this when discussing the AFD for the Corporate Creations article and Jim acknoweledged that CC wasn't as big as an NRAI or ISI, but that it was the quality of the clients that mattered. Point taken, but still. Also, I don't know what constitutes a "substantial challenge", but I know that CT, CSC and NRAI want ISI gone "by whatever means necessary." So I know the other players in the Big Four are out to get them (because I've heard it), but I'd never even heard of CC before this article thing went down, so I think you have the advantage of being off of all of these guys' radar. Don't feel bad about the article thing. Remember... ISI is MUCH LARGER than CC, and they handle tons of Fortune 1000 and NLJ 250, but they don't have an article either because I got bored after writing articles about CT, CSC and NRAI, or because I couldn't find enough notable citations on them to write an article, and keep in mind that they are a Big Four agent! So seriously... don't feel bad! Just be patient and it will happen. Post everything you can below in a section I will create for you. In the meantime, if you can't wait to get an article, just grab an AK, call CNN and head to your office and in 30 minutes or less you'll have instant and permanent notability! (lol j/k) Oh, and to add your name and time, just put four tilde characters (~) Dougieb 17:44, 18 June 2007 (UTC)
- Sirs, as a post script to my earlier note, I would encourage you to let me have as much information as possible so that I can start work on this article as soon as ever possible. I like to engage in intelligent work with lawyers who understand the intricacies of the Rule Against Perpetuities, the Statute of Uses, barring entails and other such issues which intrigue not only the lawyer, but also the theologian and the philosopher. I await hearing.Mgr.James Horan Decd. 18:46, 18 June 2007 (UTC)
- Dougieb, you mentioned that ISI is the registered agent for some Fortune 1000 companies. Please mention 3 or 4 companies in the Fortune 1000 for which ISI is the registered agent. I would like to to learn more about the database you use to research registered agent companies. I have been in this business for many years and I have never found a reliable database to search the records of all 50 states and DC simultaneously to determine how many units are represented by a given registered agent. Since you are a technical writer and have worked in the Legal IT field, it sounds like you have found a way to accomplish that goal. What database do you use? FrankRodriguez1963 20:00, 18 June 2007 (UTC)
- Over time I have seen a few Fortune 500 companies with incorp. Nothing stands out in my memory though and I didn't think I'd ever need it for future reference (LOL). You might try asking them directly although there might be some sort of client privilege thing even though it is public record. I worked on a proprietary database system where this was a component (and still have some working sections), but I am under non-disclosure and it was a work for hire so I can't help you there. Lexis and Westlaw are a decent starting point but as you infer, their data is often dated. Many Secretary of State offices have their database for purchase - Hawaii for example. If you gave me the specific data or numbers you're looking to obtain, I can probably acquire it for you and post it here. How many (active) companies (or units I guess if we're talking different states) does CC claim to represent? Are they all under the CC name? (This is another factor as CSC and ISI apparently do a LOT of acquisitions and have entities under a lot of other names). Dougieb 20:21, 19 June 2007 (UTC)

Frank Rodrieguez. FOREMOST JURIST OF HIS GENERATION
[edit]Dougal, please refer to the user talk page of the hereinbefore named scholar who had heretofore been in turn ignored, mocked and treated to puerile sarcasm. As heretofore indicated, this beacon of legal knowledge deserves to be brought to the attention of those consulting this filthy place. Take note. HELL's fires will ROAST those who fall by the wayside. Mgr.James Horan Decd. 13:01, 20 June 2007 (UTC)
- Um... I have no response to that. I'm sure Mr. Rodriguez will be flattered by your comments though. :-) Dougieb 13:54, 20 June 2007 (UTC)
- Mr. Rodrieguez has been too modest to reply to me thus far. FEAR the DEVIL.Mgr.James Horan Decd. 17:16, 20 June 2007 (UTC)

- Yes Dougal, I don't think Mr. Rodriguez can be ignored on Wikipedia any longer. He is clearly one of the foremost jurists of his generation and we must commence work on the article without delay. Corporate Creations Notability Points
[edit]This is a parking spot for notability points for a future article on Corporate Creations.
(Seriously guys... add points here with citations)
- I would be delighted to start adding points here. I believe that the first point will be the brilliance of Frank Rodriguez. Regrettably, Mr. Rodriguez has still to come back to me with the answers to some questions which I put to him. His answers would facilitate further contributions from me.Mgr.James Horan Decd. 13:44, 27 June 2007 (UTC)
- Following the discussions which took place earlier in the year about Mr. Rodriguez and his company, I carried out some research. I am pleased to say that I feel that I am now in a position to establish the notability of both Mr. Rodriguez and Corporate Creations. However, having regard to the controversy of earlier this year, I would first like to refer the matter to you as a highly regarded and experienced Wikipedian. Is this a matter which I can appropriately refer to you? God Bless you.Big Swinging Mickey 12:59, 24 September 2007 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (Image:CT logo.gif)
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:CT logo.gif. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot (talk) 20:35, 15 December 2007 (UTC)

Spam in National Registered Agents, Inc.
[edit]Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on National Registered Agents, Inc., by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because National Registered Agents, Inc. is blatant advertising for a company, product, group, service or person that would require a substantial rewrite in order to become an encyclopedia article.
To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting National Registered Agents, Inc., please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. Disputed fair use rationale for Image:ArturiaLogo.jpg}
[edit]Thank you for uploading Image:ArturiaLogo.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this image under "fair use" may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the image description page and add or clarify the reason why the image qualifies for fair use. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check:
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's escription page for each article the image is used in.
- That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.
Please be aware that a fair use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for images used under the fair use policy require both a copyright tag and a fair use rationale.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it might be deleted by adminstrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. [edit]You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Sharron Angle. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Please stop the disruption, otherwise you may be blocked from editing. Coffeepusher (talk) 00:15, 29 May 2010 (UTC)

[edit]Hello Dougieb. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.
Paid advocates are strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Dougieb. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Dougieb|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}
. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. Amigao (talk) 02:11, 29 March 2024 (UTC)
- Hello Amigao, reading your accusation of "undisclosed financial stake", I am reminded of the quote often attributed to Josef Goebbels, "Accuse your enemy of your own sins" or "Accuse your adversary of that which you are guilty."
- Unequivocally, I have no financial stake whatsoever in promoting any topic - I'm actually semi-retired and quite financially well off thank you. I am not a paid advocate and frankly, nobody could afford me. If you look at my edit history, if I'm a paid advocate, I'm clearly not doing very well at it.
- On the article I submitted AFD for, I was looking into this person myself which is how I discovered what appeared to be a paid "hit piece." Given what the cites actually say versus your creative and slanted interpretation of them, your writing is incredibly disingenuous and it appears that it is you that may have a potential beneficial interest in the creation of this article. - "Articles about Epik?" I'm not entirely sure what you're referring to. As for the quote, when people are acting in such a manner as to invoke the sentiment of the quote, then it is appropriate. Dougieb (talk) 15:54, 25 May 2024 (UTC)
