In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check

Until the discussion is over about whether to change the article, I think we are just keeping the 2024 bid logo. Once it is decided, we will use an SVG file for the logo. Elisfkc (talk) 20:22, 8 August 2017 (UTC)
