Notes

I have to say, I'm completely fascinated by the topic you chose! I vaguely remember hearing about this in one of my religious studies classes, but I hadn't heard all of the details. I do have some notes, though:

• I'm a little confused as to why the UN Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners is mentioned in the article. Was this brought up during his trial? If it was, you can most likely just mention it in passing and link to the article. For example, you could write something like "So-and-so cited that he was able to file his case per the UN Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners" or "In his rebuttal he stated that the dismissal of the case violated the UN Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners". At present I don't really see where it's pertinent to include in the article or have its own section. If it does come more heavily into play, it should definitely only be covered in how it pertains to the case.

• This needs sourcing to help back up claims. I saw that your current two sources are a Wikipedia article (which cannot be used as a source) and the court records for the case. The court records can be used, but you should definitely find additional sources for this. I recommend using your library's academic databases, as scholarly/academic sourcing would be the best to use for this. If you're not familiar with the databases (hey, we are all new to this at one point!) or are unsure of where to start, I'd recommend talking to one of the librarians about helping to find sourcing - this is definitely something that they're trained to help you with. :) Google searches are OK, but not really ideal since not everything that comes up in a Google search is usable.

Copyright and plagiarism

Hi, it looks like some of the material that you added to the article was taken verbatim from this site, which has copyrighted the text. This means that it cannot be added to Wikipedia verbatim, as the site's copyright is too restrictive. This poses an issue of not only copyright, but also plagiarism as you had added the content as if it was your own work. Some of the material was also taken from the Wikipedia article Prisoners' rights in international law without attribution. You can use it, however it does need to be attributed. Finally, another part of the content was taken from here and while there is no stated copyright on the document, it's assumed that all content is copyrighted to its creator under a restrictive copyright unless it's clearly stated as falling into the public domain or under a compatible Creative Commons license.

All work should be in your own words. A good way to help avoid this is to take notes on the material and then summarize your notes in your own words. Please review the training module on plagiarism and copyright, thanks.

In this situation I do have to say that a very brief summary of the prisoners' rights would suffice, as there's no need for such a detailed description of rights. As stated in my last note, this material should be written as a brief overview to show how this pertains to the case, such as "In his rebuttal he stated that the dismissal of the case violated the UN Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners" or "In his case So-and-So remarked that he felt his rights as a prisoner were being violated, specifically this guideline and this one." There's not a need to outline all of the laws or the history of the laws, especially as this isn't really a case of how the plantiff was treated in prison. Mayo was filing suit against Satan and his minions, not the prison system. For example, if Mayo were to sue a family member for mistreatment they caused throughout his life then the prisoner guidelines wouldn't be relevant here unless the prison were to unjustly bar him from resources that he could use to prepare the case or to punish him for filing a lawsuit. The reason for this is that Mayo was filing suit against external forces that the prison had no control over, so they don't relate to how the prison treated him. Replacing the family member with Satan, you can see where the prisoner rights and laws information doesn't really have any relevance here other than Mayo happening to be a prisoner. Now if they do come into place somehow, this needs to be specifically stated and put into context. Keep in mind though, that not all legal matters are limited to only prisoners such as in forma pauperis. Claiming this isn't limited to prisoners, as it can be successfully claimed by anyone who sufficiently shows that they cannot afford the cost of court. As far as the case getting thrown out, that also doesn't really relate to prisoner rights, as this would have almost certainly ended the same way even if Mayo was a free man. Game trailers

Hi! I'm not really sure that the game trailer 'Seize Glory' is notable enough for an article. In most cases, advertisements won't gain the needed coverage to justify them having an article by itself. For every 1984, there are millions upon millions that get only passing mention - if even that. The commercial doesn't inherit notability because it is promoting a notable game or has notable people involved with its creation - you have to show where the advertisement has gained independent coverage.

As far as the existing sources go, this is a primary source since it's a press release issued by Activision. This is also a primary source since MPC Advertising helped collaborate on the commercial. These cannot show notability and as both are intended to advertise the game via the trailer, any and all claims should be taken with a huge grain of salt since the primary goal is to make the consumer see the trailer, and thus the game, in a very positive light.

What I recommend here is that you summarize this into a few lines of content and mention it in the main article for CoD:Black Ops III, in the marketing section. However make sure that you don't add any personal interpretations or commentary of the trailer - it must be written in a neutral point of view and really only have the most basic facts.
