A tag has been placed on Double Jay The Great requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles – see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. ttonyb (talk) 03:10, 6 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Double Jay The Great has been reverted.
Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. I removed the following link(s): http://www.myspace.com/youngdubrapper, http://www.myspace.com/youngdubrapper, http://www.myspace.com/youngdubrapper.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Double Jay The Great. Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion, and make your case on the page's talk page. Thank you. The Blade of the Northern Lights (話すください) 21:44, 6 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop removing speedy deletion notices from pages that you have created yourself. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. The Blade of the Northern Lights (話すください) 21:50, 6 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is your final warning. You will be blocked from editing the next time you remove a speedy deletion notice from a page you have created yourself, as you did with this edit to Double Jay The Great. Tommy! [message] 21:52, 6 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

You should wait for others to write an article about subjects in which you are personally involved, instead of writing it yourself. This applies to articles about you, your achievements, your band, your business, your publications, your website, your relatives, and any other possible conflict of interest.

Creating an article about yourself is strongly discouraged. If you create such an article, it might be listed on articles for deletion. Deletion is not certain, but many feel strongly that you should not start articles about yourself. This is because independent creation encourages independent validation of both significance and verifiability. All edits to articles must conform to Wikipedia:No original research, Wikipedia:Neutral point of view, and Wikipedia:Verifiability.

If you are not "notable" under Wikipedia guidelines, creating an article about yourself may violate the policy that Wikipedia is not a personal webspace provider and would thus qualify for speedy deletion. If your achievements, etc., are verifiable and genuinely notable, and thus suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later. (See Wikipedia:Wikipedians with articles.) Thank you. JNW (talk) 21:53, 6 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I am a real rapper and that Double Jay The Great page was about me

Decline reason:

Yes, that is the reason for your block- that you are trying to create articles about yourself, and also that you are creating an article about a subject that does not meet Wikipedia's notability criteria. But in order to appeal the block, you should not just identify the reason for your block, but also explain what you'll do differently if unblocked. If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

I won't write about my rap i'll just put in a page about me as anupcoming rapper and not put in my personal information in it or any kind of person life, just what I look like and some links to my other pages.

Decline reason:

You don't seem to be listening. Please read FisherQueen's response again. *Any* effort to write an article about yourself is out of the question for now. Unless you can promise to stop trying to create such an article, you will remain blocked. This talk page may be locked if you refuse to get the message. I've moved this to the bottom of your talk page, as I did with the previous one, where it'll make more sense- imagine how confusing a book would be to read if it didn't read in order from top to bottom. I understand that you feel you need a second administrator to confirm that the rules I told you about, and that you were repeatedly warned about, really are rules at Wikipedia, so I'll leave this request open for a second review. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 21:37, 8 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I've moved your request to the bottom of the page. Again. I've fixed your incorrect formatting. Again. You've ignored everything that's been said to you. Again. Please note that your talk page access will be disabled when someone feels you're wasting our time. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 22:01, 8 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This editor seems to be ignoring all advice so I've disabled his talk page access. Other admins, feel free to adjust as necessary.
