Non-free rationale for File:Zone of interest cover.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Zone of interest cover.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 16:51, 21 March 2015 (UTC)
- Fixed by Theo's Little Bot. At least now I know how to tag book cover rationale.
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. [edit]Daniel Dor moved to draftspace (Unsourced article about a living person)
[edit]An article you recently created, Daniel Dor, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. - Of course. Thanks, will add refs shortly Shilton (talk) 08:47, 26 January 2021 (UTC)
- @Joseywales1961: Can the review process be speeded up, given it is just one ref added? Shilton (talk) 19:29, 26 January 2021 (UTC)
- Dorshil, Thank you for creating this article. At the moment all of the references are from primary sources (himself and/or his university CV). It will need at least one reliable, third party source (such as a quality newspaper article) that confirms at least one of the statements in the article - see WP:BLP, WP:RS and WP:Primary. The article looks well and I see all the ISBNs in place so it should make the grade with the reliable source. Best wishes JW 1961 Talk 20:07, 26 January 2021 (UTC)
- Thanks Joseywales1961. Added two external sources, one is from the Oxford University Press website. Shilton (talk) 20:50, 26 January 2021 (UTC)

Ways to improve Daniel Dor
[edit]Hello, Dorshil,
Thank you for creating Daniel Dor.
I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:
Just the academic career and activism section, make sure the references in there are not from his own sources
The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|Joseywales1961}}
