Your submission at Articles for creation: Cranial Ultrasound (November 2)
[edit]- If you would like to continue working on the submission, go to Draft:Cranial Ultrasound and click on the "Edit" tab at the top of the window.
- If you need any assistance, you can ask for help at the Articles for creation help desk or on the reviewer's talk page.
- You can also get Wikipedia's Live Help real-time chat help from experienced editors.
Hello Flat Out - I don't think it's a duplicate. The "Medical Ultrasound" article actually seems to exist already (can't see one awaiting review, but then I'm new, could be doing it wrong). It does refer briefly to cranial ultrasound but really doesn't give much detail. Cranial ultrasound is quite a distinct technique (usually performed by different people, on different patients, for different purposes than most other ultrasound modalities) so I think it deserves its own. Also I, and several of my colleagues, have struggled to find adequate CrUSS resources online in the past. Transcranial Doppler, although it does use ultrasound and scans heads, is actuallly quite a different thing (as mentioned within the Cranial Ultrasound article). Could you reconsider? (PS also posted to the AfC Helpdesk as I wasn't sure how best to respond.) Thanks Dorasteel (talk) 14:30, 2 November 2015 (UTC)
