Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Frankfurt Airport, makes articles harder to read. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Re-naming of articles

[edit]

Hi Donald. I see you are new to Wikipedia and are re-naming a number of articles connected with Germany. Please be aware that there are naming conventions used on Wikipedia which have been worked out by consensus and discussion over several years. For example, German railway station names by convention are called "Foo station" or, occasionally, "Foo railway station". It would be really helpful if you could follow these conventions before moving articles or, if you're not clear what the convention is, please open a discussion on the talk page. Many thanks. --Bermicourt (talk) 06:13, 2 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

skyscraper building edits

[edit]

i appreciate the work you've been doing on the pages on skyscraper, however, a couple points might help you in further edits when referencing named objects. In common English, using the definite article "the" is not usually not correct. i.e. one would generally not say: The Tower 185 is a building.... since Tower 185 is a proper noun, the sentence should begin, Tower 185 is a building.... thanks again, and keep up the good work. --emerson7 16:42, 11 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Warning

[edit]

Article has name "Frankfurt". You creating false redirects. This is vandalism. Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia.

Hi. When you recently edited Handkäse, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page German (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Sourcing and edits

[edit]

Hi, Donald! Thank you for taking the LAC photo. In the meantime, I will review this edit.

1. The reliable sources agree that Lufthansa's actual corporate HQ (administration and registered office) are in Cologne, not Frankfurt 2. Make sure to keep the sources that had been used when making edits. The edit you made removed many of the sources that had been put in there to confirm details.
