To get some practice editing you can use a sandbox. You can create your own private sandbox for use any time. Perfect for working on bigger projects. Then for easy access in the future, you can put {{My sandbox}} on your user page. By the way, seeing as you haven't created a user page yet, simply click here to start it.

Hello, DonXepe. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Ignacio Serrano (mexican painter), for deletion because it's a biography of a living person that lacks references. If you don't want Ignacio Serrano (mexican painter) to be deleted, please add a reference to the article.

If you don't understand this message, you can leave a note on my talk page.

Thanks, Alvin the Almighty (talk) 09:00, 13 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of History of New Spain, written by Hernan Cortes

[edit]

The article History of New Spain, written by Hernan Cortes has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Pointless content fork of a topic already covered in depth at Hernán Cortés#Writings: the Cartas de Relación, and misleading as it gives the impression that this is a book authored by Cortes, rather than a single edition of his letters.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.  ‑ Iridescent 12:12, 29 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
