I hope you realize how unusual it is for a brand new editor, who has made only 40 edits, to proclaim they are investigating Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee/Conflict of interest reports. I don't see that you have edited other Wikimedia projects with this account so what were your previous account(s)? You are not editing like a new editor, most of whom have no idea what COI is.
