Recent edit to Estelle Parsons

[edit]

Hello. I noticed that you made an edit to a biography of a living person (Estelle Parsons), but that you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. Wikipedia has a strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! <<< SOME GADGET GEEK >>> (talk) 23:53, 1 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Dmitchellcae, it's me again. To answer the question you posted on my talk page, adding citations to an article is pretty straightforward. Above the text box you should see an item called "Cite". Click that, and a toolbar should appear beneath it. Click "Templates" and then choose "cite news" from the drop-down menu. You'll get a screen where you can enter your information and when you're done, click "Insert" and your citation will be properly formatted. You can read WP:REFSTART for more detailed information about what to do. Saying that, I've undone your change for now as per Wikipedia's BLP policy. Once you know how to properly insert your sources, please go ahead and do so. Thanks! <<< SOME GADGET GEEK >>> (talk) 14:08, 2 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
