- The "effectors" section looks great so far! This section provides a detailed explanation of what each component of protein crystallization are from pH to chemical additives. I appreciated that you characterized how the protein changes with respect to each condition. - Would it be possible for you to add a description of what effectors are and what they do in general? This may help orient the reader to what each component is involved in. - I do not recognize any grammatical or syntactical errors. There are citations for each reference.

Peer Review by Maria Oliveira: In my point of view, you did a very good job evaluating your chosen article. You noticed its weak points and you are adding a lot of relevant sections to the page. I think you could expand the subsection on “Temperature” (in “effectors”) because you mentioned that temperature is used in the process of crystallization but didn’t explain how. I don’t know how generalized crystallization procedures are in regards to temperature, but maybe you could describe the timeline of change in temperature through the experiment and how it affects the protein. Also, in “chemical additives”, you mentioned the belief that these kind of effectors would jeopardize the purity of the protein.
