[edit]

To permissions-commons@wikimedia.org

I hereby assert that I am the person depicted in the photographs, "Azed (Jonathan Crowther)" and "Jonathan Crowther at the Azed 1750 Luncheon"' both taken by David Harry ("Dinoceras")

I agree that he may publish those works under the dual free licenses GFDL and CC-BY-SA-3.0

I acknowledge that this will grant anyone the right to use the works in a commercial product, and to modify them according to their needs, as long as they abide by the terms of the license and any other applicable laws.

I am aware that David Harry will always retain copyright of these works, and retain the right to be attributed in accordance with the license chosen. Modifications others make to the works will not be attributed to him.

I am aware that the free license only concerns copyright, and I reserve the option to take action against anyone who uses this work in a libellous way, or in violation of personality rights, trademark restrictions, etc.

I acknowledge that I cannot withdraw this agreement, and that the work may or may not be kept permanently on a Wikimedia project.

[edit]

Hello, Dinoceras. Voting in the 2017 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 10 December. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2017 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 18:42, 3 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
