JDotters Peer Review

[edit]

I can only see one line of text in the review, but the other reviewer mentioned a second sandbox that I can't find. I would be happy to review it if you could help me find it. J dotter (talk) 08:51, 7 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

JDotters second Peer Review

[edit]

I loved all the sources that you put on this sandbox: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Dinoboy10/sandbox I think that you should include this one, if not in your article, then definitely in your report. That really stinks that someone edited the page right as you were about to. I guess you picked a really juicy topic. I think that you can definitely add your sources and figures still. I also think that the introduction in the existing article could use some expanding, maybe you could take some of the more general information from the textbook source that you mentioned and improve the intro?

Another idea is to add an explanation about why proteins have transmembrane domains. For example, to anchor them to the cell, to create pores, to anchor the cellular scaffold etc. I think a short blurb about each of the functions would contextualize the article to a non-familiar reader.
