Along with the specific comments I left in your text, I have a few general comments. First, I would like to see more on the US e-services, not just e-commerce. The US has far more available to people than government websites and electronic stores and I think you will want to expand to show this on that section. On the section on China, I think you will want to do some more investigating. Last time I checked China has a massive government funded firewall that blocks those inside China from using quite a few international services This firewall is sometimes called the "great firewall of China." Even if I am wrong and the firewall is no longer an issue (I know it was an issue for a while due to friends who were in China) you will want to add this to your China section. Make it clear to your reader that the firewall is not an issue, or how it does modify what the Chinese people can access.
If you are looking to expand and add a few other countries you could group some together in categories, like Western Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, South America etc. Clafjaco (talk) 18:01, 5 June 2017 (UTC)
The established countries heading made me immediately think of North Korea and the internet restrictions. With such a focus on government intervention in such a developed country is interesting, as well as their local intranet. "the government to expand their E-government services in the near future." is very ambiguous, if it was "services by 2020" the reader would have a very clear timeline in mind. That and if it's 2025 when I am reading it there is less confusion. Shrurobe (talk) 08:33, 7 June 2017 (UTC)
Show a history of how E-commerce has changed for Walmart and Amazon. For example in 2010 Amazon X amount and has grown to x amount, Amazon is expected to grow 10-12 annually. This show how quickly E-services or E-commerce is grow. Also are there other companies that are growing in E-services. As a note many cities in China allow you to order McDonald's through the internet and then deliver to your house.Mooddan2 (talk) 05:19, 8 June 2017 (UTC)
