Deleting categories

Does anyone out there know how to tag multiple articles for deletion a quick and painless way? I want to delete every category from Category:Record Labels articles by quality and Category:Record label articles by quality and then deleting Category:Record Labels articles by quality so that I can take the categories Category:X-Class record labels articles (X being A, GA, B, C, Stub, etc) and then adding the tag, Category:Record label articles by quality to each. Without some reliable information indicating this song has either charted or was covered by a notable band Prom Night! (Jeffree Star song) doesn't meet WP:NSONGS and will be redirected to the album article per convention.

I did and I read it. I also asked you a question, which you didn't answer. The article has to have musical charts just for it to become notable? According to this quote: "...articles unlikely ever to grow beyond stubs should be merged to articles about an artist or album," I know that it will grow beyond a stub once more information comes out. I also know that the article is about a song, but could WP:NALBUMS under Unreleased material be apart of it too? It seems like all that I need to add it reliable, secondary sources. I could talk about the music video, like on most songs that have a music video do, when it comes out. I could add who took the picture for the album cover (Which I just found out). And I could add critiques and chart performances, if there is any. I don't really know what else goes into a song/single article. Devin Davis (talk) 04:26, 26 February 2012 (UTC)

Establishing the notability of a song is much more difficult than an album. Unfortunately none of the items you mention really do it. You can create a section in the album's article for coverage of the song but please make sure you reference anything there with reliable sources--RadioFan (talk) 14:38, 26 February 2012 (UTC)

I think it's weird how I've also wrote other song/single articles and I haven't but this much effort into them. I've only had first hand sources and very few reliable sources and they haven't been flagged for anything. One was even marked as a start article. But speaking of this article, I only have one reliable source, which is MySpace and it wasn't written by the artist himself. Since there's currently not enough information on the single/song, how can I add reliable sources instead of first hand? I know that Billboard isn't talking about it nor any other site. I think that there will be more information once the music video and song come out and therefore more reliable sources.

I will revert the article, but place <! -- --> around the whole thing. I think it has the potential on becoming a reliable article. Devin Davis (talk) 21:59, 26 February 2012 (UTC)
