[edit]Hello, I'm Zchrykng. I noticed that you made one or more changes to an article, Alejandro Maldonado, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. McCarrick
[edit]You recently removed the coat of arms from Theodore Edgar McCarrick with this comment:
By Canon Law a catholic priest, bishop, archbishop or Cardinal who has been ousted from a public ministry with a pending canonical trial and resigned from his official post in the College Of Cardinals lose the right to use his Coat Of Arms, so this edit obeys to this simple dogma or rule.
Now someone has restored the coat of arms, perhaps unaware of your edit. Do you have a source to document the statement above? Bmclaughlin9 (talk) 08:56, 3 August 2018 (UTC)

[edit]Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did on Theodore Edgar McCarrick. This violates Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. 75.182.115.183 (talk) 20:15, 17 February 2019 (UTC)

[edit]Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, but a recent edit of yours to the page Pope Benedict XVI has an edit summary that appears to be inaccurate or inappropriate. The summaries are helpful to people browsing an article's history, so it is important that you use edit summaries that accurately tell other editors what you did. Feel free to use the sandbox to make test edits. Thank you. Chris Troutman (talk) 18:41, 4 June 2019 (UTC)

Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously, and persistent violators of our copyright policy will be blocked from editing. See Wikipedia:Copying text from other sources for more information.
In this case, I worked on condensing and paraphrasing the paragraphs you copied from the New York Times into my own words, so the issue is resolved. I am assuming good faith on your part, but I hope you will read wp:Copying text from other sources and abstain from copying text directly from news sites in the future. Thanks--Cincotta1 (talk) 23:41, 15 December 2021 (UTC)

ArbCom 2024 Elections voter message
[edit]Hello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2024 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}}
