The article was updated by Typ932 on 2 March - thanks for being upfront about your involvement in the magazine. NealeFamily (talk) 06:24, 10 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi NealeFamily, I added a note on the WP:Automobiles page as well, but the update Typ932 made was to the History section. My most recent proposal was regarding the creation of an Editorial Direction section. --DetroitSteele (talk) 14:07, 10 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Hi DetroitSteele - I took a look at the Vinsetta Garage TV programme addition - it looks okay, but if Vinsetta garage has some historic interest, maybe just expand on that aspect. It could be of interest to readers. NealeFamily (talk) 08:52, 7 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks NealeFamily. I just added a little bit to the section, please let me know your thoughts. Or if you feel it looks good and would like to post it to the article I would appreciate it --DetroitSteele (talk) 17:59, 7 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Moved into the main article. NealeFamily (talk) 08:21, 8 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Detroit Steele - sorry just spotted a problem with the Crain's Detroit Business reference - they are a subscriber only view, so can you quote a publication of some sort in their place or maybe they have their own publication? NealeFamily (talk) 08:34, 8 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Hi NealeFamily - thanks for catching that. The article pulls up on organic searches, but I am seeing the same subscriber issue as you when trying to open the page. I just updated that paragraph and the references in my sandbox - User:DetroitSteele/AWVinsettaSandbox. --DetroitSteele (talk) 12:50, 8 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Hi - If you have the news source for the AOL reference add that to the reference as well because it gives strengthens its credibility. NealeFamily (talk) 19:59, 11 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi DetroitSteele

I wonder if you or your colleagues might be able to assist. I am trying to find out if there are any road tests of the late 50's early 60's for the above model and if so in which magazine. I have run into a dead end with my searching. NealeFamily (talk) 05:01, 27 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi NealeFamily. I'll check around the office on Tuesday to see if we have anything on this in our archives (our offices are closed on Monday for a national holiday) --DetroitSteele (talk) 01:21, 28 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
From Google - I have found that Road and Track published a Road Test in their December 1962 edition, unfortunately our local library only has issues back to 2002. Ideally I would like an earlier test than that if it exists. NealeFamily (talk) 01:44, 28 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I sent the request this morning to our archives department. Will let you know when I hear back from them. --DetroitSteele (talk) 21:07, 29 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
NealeFamily - I just heard back from our information center this afternoon and unfortunately they weren't able to come up with any content on this model during that time frame. There is a small chance it exists, but with content that old the records can be a little tricky to hunt down. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. --DetroitSteele (talk) 20:40, 30 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks anyway - I appreciate your assistance. NealeFamily (talk) 02:24, 31 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Updated Autoweek article

[edit]

Hi DetroitSteele - there is a problem with one of your references - can you take a look at it. Regards NealeFamily (talk) 20:40, 16 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi NealeFamily. I noticed there was an update to the references on the page following your update. Did this address the problem you mentioned, or is there something else I should check? --DetroitSteele (talk) 00:13, 17 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
