Minor edits

[edit]

Hello! I recently became aware of your work here and wanted to share some information on how WP defines a "minor edit". Superficial changes such as adding or correcting punctuation or spelling are examples of minor edits, whereas adding content or citations is not. From our Help:Minor edit page: Any change that affects the meaning of an article is not minor, even if it concerns a single word; for example, the addition or removal of "not" is not a minor edit. I made the same mistake several times when I was just starting out. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask at the WP:TEAHOUSE or WP:HELPDESK. Happy editing!
