Definition of Biodiesel

The reason your edit was reverted was explained here. To restate, users around the world read these pages, not just those that subscribe to the ASTM definition. The ASTM definitions are (and must be, as they are important) mentioned in the page, and they also have their own pages. But, the laymen and EN definitions must also be considered when writing the general definition for the introduction. This was discussed and debated thoroughly at least once before, with this being the consensus solution. The definition can certainly be modified keeping in mind the need for inclusion of all definitions. Any help you can provide in improving ASTM references, pages, etc, is greatly appreciated.--E8 (talk) 22:30, 15 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
