blenny
[edit]Glibjibb has given you a blenny! Blennies promote WikiLove and hopefully this one has made your day much better. Spread the WikiLove by giving someone else a blenny, whether it be someone you have had disagreements with in the past or a good friend.
Give someone a blenny by adding {{subst:Blenny}} to their talk page with a friendly message.

Peer Review Round 2
[edit]Possible suggestions: I think history could potentially be broken up into small sections. It will make the article seem more organized, however it might make it seem like it has less information.
Perhaps a self-made figure could be used to help relate what is important in electrical, mechanical, thermal, and economic considerations in packaging.
In addition, I would suggest looking over the article to check what words could be linked to other articles.
In the history section, some of the wording could be changed. It may be too advanced for the average Wikipedian reader. However, I'm sure only certain people visit the integrated circuit packaging page, so you may not have to worry about that detail.
If you need more things to work on, possibly adding a sentence for each of the operations? Though that may completely change the format of the section.
